The organization is led by the Board of Directors, the President, Vice President/President Elect (VPPE), Immediate Past President, Secretary and Treasurer. There are committees for Nominations, Government Affairs, Research, Membership, and Policy and Procedures. Board of Director Meetings are held in March and prior to the Perianesthesia PRIDE conference.

PAPAN OUTREACH
Several members of PAPAN serve on ASPAN committees. Members volunteer at National Conference in the roles of Speakers, Moderators, Hostesses. We proudly support the National Conference monetarily.
We contribute to the ASPAN Foundation and silent auction. We promote CPAN/CAPA.
PAPAN is a proud supporter of the Pennsylvania Breast Coalition. Annually we contribute $1 for each active member. Additionally donations are solicited at our annual PeriAnesthesia PRIDE Conference.
