The PAPAN Board of Directors conduct a business meeting twice a year.  One is held during the late winter months, usually March; the second meeting is held the evening before the PRIDE conference.  We also have a retreat during the summer months to brainstorm and to get to know each other a little better.  Future leaders are invited to join us for the retreat.  The retreat is also used to mentor and to transition leadership.
